Cancellation Policy
To cancel or modify an existing session, please reach out at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelations made within 12 hours are not refundable. Modifications made within 12 hours are approved at the discretion of East Burke Sauna Club; while we do our best to be flexible, we are not always able to accommodate last minute changes.
